MISSION STATEMENT: The Bay Players of Duxbury is a non-profit community theatre organization serving the South Shore Boston area since 1956. Centered in Duxbury, Massachusetts, the purpose of The Bay Players is to stimulate, celebrate, and enhance our understanding of ourselves and others through the shared experience of live theatre. We are dedicated to enriching, educating, and entertaining our community by providing an inclusive and accessible theatre experience through a diversity of ideas, stories, and experiences. We hold open auditions and welcome everyone to participate in the excitement of community theatre! Join us on stage, backstage or in the audience!
Bay Players offers opportunities for people interested in all aspects of theatre. It takes much more than just the actors to put on a show. If being on stage isn’t your idea of fun, then try backstage! You don’t need any experience or special talents, just a desire to work with a great group of people and have fun! Your support is needed to help us continue to offer quality theatrical events for the South Shore community. All contributions to Bay Players, Inc., in excess of membership, are tax deductible. Membership privileges include:
Participation in Bay Players Meetings Business meetings are held periodically at the First Parish Church in Duxbury. Special meetings are also held during the year to select upcoming plays.
Free Tickets to Bay Players Performances: Depending on the selected membership level, you will receive free tickets for all Bay Players productions during the year. Your free tickets can be used for any performance.
Individual: $30.00 – 1 ticket
Family: $55.00 – 2 tickets
Patron: $80.00 – 2 tickets
Benefactor: $110.00 – 4 tickets
Angel: $200.00 – 6 tickets
Archangel: $500.00 – 8 tickets
